Refund policy
Two guarantees cover almost everything that can go wrong with an order: we guarantee delivery, and we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the ED and PE generics we supply. This page sets out exactly how each works and where the limits are.
The delivery guarantee
If your order does not arrive, email us and we will track it for you. From there:
- We reship the order at our expense — you do not pay again, and you do not pay for the second postage.
- If the reshipped order also fails to reach you, we refund you in full.
In other words a parcel lost in transit is our problem, not yours. This is worth knowing before you order, because it is the risk most people are actually weighing when they buy medicines online.
The 30-day money-back guarantee
We also guarantee the effectiveness of the ED and PE generic medications we supply: if you are not satisfied with them, you can request a refund within 30 days.
One honest caveat, stated because it would be dishonest to bury it: generic Propecia (for male pattern hair loss) is excluded from the effectiveness guarantee. Finasteride does not work for every man — that is a property of the medicine and of the biology it acts on, not of the tablet we sell — and guaranteeing an outcome nobody can promise would be a false claim. How to make a claim
- Email us with your order number and the address you ordered with.
- Say what happened: nothing arrived, part of the order arrived, or the medication did not work for you.
- We reply with the next step — tracking, a reship, or a refund.
Before you claim on effectiveness
If an ED medicine seems not to work, two things are worth ruling out first, because they are the usual explanation and they are fixable: the tablet was taken too soon or too long before sex, or a heavy meal or a heavy night of drinking got in the way. If it still does nothing at a full dose across several attempts, that is worth a doctor's opinion as well as a refund request.
Cancelling instead of refunding
If the order has not shipped yet, cancelling is simpler than refunding — see cancelling your order. The window is usually 24 hours, because orders ship the morning after payment is verified.
