What Happens When I Submit my Order?
Once your order has been submitted, it will be reviewed by our registered doctor, who will either approve your request for a prescription or contact you for more details.
If your prescription is approved, our doctor will immediately issue your prescription through our ordering system, where it proceeds directly to the pharmacist in India. Your order will then be processed and sent to you by our efficient and reliable supplier.
How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?
After placing an order with us, you will receive an email confirming your purchase details.
Your order will then be packaged and sent to you in a secure padded envelope.
Orders generally take 7 to 14 days to be delivered (unless otherwise stated) to most locations in Australia via Express Mail Service (EMS), ePacket or registered mail.
What if the Generic Medications I Order Do Not Arrive at All?
Customers are sent a tracking number by email when their order is dispatched from Singapore. Clicking the tracking link in the email allows customers to track their order themselves.
All orders must be signed for. If no one is home at your delivery address when the postie arrives, your parcel will be taken to your local post office where it will await collection for 14 days.

pay by POLi, after uploading your photo ID, simply click the POLi link at the bottom of our
payment provider’s email. This takes you through a portal to the Australia Post POLi payment
page, where you can login to your internet banking and pay our invoice directly.
Bank Transfer
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, after uploading your photo ID, please follow the directions
carefully regarding entering the "reference/description" number ONLY into the description or
message field and no other information in that field. Otherwise we may not receive your payment
on time and your order will be delayed.
Bitcoin
If you do NOT want to upload your photo ID, then you can always choose the Bitcoin option at
checkout instead (or pay by cheque or money order). Also, if you pay by Bitcoin you will receive
