Who is Ozpills?

What does 'generic' actually mean?

That the patent on the original medicine has expired and other manufacturers may make it. A generic contains the same active molecule as the brand — sildenafil is sildenafil whether the box says Viagra or not. What can differ is the manufacturer, the inactive ingredients, the appearance of the tablet and the price.

Are these medicines approved in Australia?

The molecules are: sildenafil, tadalafil, vardenafil and dapoxetine are all approved and are all Schedule 4, meaning prescription-only. The specific packs we sell are sourced overseas and most of the formats we carry — jellies, chewables, sublinguals, softgels — are not TGA-registered products, so no Australian pharmacy stocks them and no Australian product information covers them. We would rather state that plainly than let a marketing claim imply otherwise.

Why are generics so much cheaper than the brands?

Because the price of a brand reflects the cost of developing and testing the molecule in the first place, protected by a patent. Once that patent expires, manufacturers who did not fund the research can produce the same molecule and compete on price alone.

Do the tablets look the same as the brand-name ones?

Usually not. Colour, shape and markings are part of a brand's trade dress and are not copied by generic manufacturers. A different-looking tablet with the same active ingredient and strength is normal, not a warning sign.

Yes. Nobody taking nitrates for angina, or amyl nitrite 'poppers', should take any of the ED molecules — the combination can drop blood pressure to dangerous levels. Anyone on antidepressants should not take dapoxetine without medical advice, because of the risk of serotonin syndrome. Heart disease, low blood pressure and several common medicines also need a doctor's input first.

The site is built for Australian customers and delivery times, rates and the free shipping threshold are set for Australia. If you are elsewhere, write to us before ordering rather than after.

How do I pay, and what appears on my statement?

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor. The descriptor that appears on your statement is deliberately discreet and does not name the products. If you need to know exactly what it will say before ordering, ask us and we will tell you.

Registered Air Mail takes 14 to 21 business days; EMS express takes 3 to 9. Business days are weekdays, so a three-week regular delivery spans about a month of calendar days once weekends and holidays are counted.

How discreet is the packaging?

Orders travel in a plain padded envelope with nothing on the outside identifying the contents, the products or us — no branding, no product names, nothing in the sender line. Extra protective packaging is available as a paid option at checkout.

We reship it at our expense, and if the reship also fails we refund you in full. You are not expected to absorb a lost parcel. Contact us and we will track it first — a stalled tracking scan is common and usually resolves itself.

Yes, before it ships — usually within 24 hours of placing it. After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible and the refund policy applies instead.

Set out in full on the refund policy page. In short: non-delivery is reshipped and, if that fails, refunded. Because these are medicines, we cannot accept returns of items that have arrived.
