Super Levitra is vardenafil 20 mg with dapoxetine 60 mg — the least-known of the three combinations we carry, and it exists for one specific reason: some men simply get on better with vardenafil than with sildenafil.
Why vardenafil at all?
Vardenafil is a close cousin of sildenafil with a similar 4-to-5-hour window and a similar onset. It is not stronger, it does not last longer, and there is no evidence it works "better" in general.
What it does offer is a different tolerance profile. Men who find sildenafil gives them a stubborn headache, a strongly blocked nose or the blue visual tinge sometimes find vardenafil easier to live with, and vice versa. That is the whole case for this page: if you have already discovered that vardenafil suits you, and you also need the ejaculation delay, this is the combination that matches what you know about yourself.

Like the sildenafil pairing, both halves finish at roughly the same time — so this is a single-occasion tablet rather than a weekend one. For a long erection window the tadalafil versions are Tadapox and Super Cialis.
The combined restrictions
- No nitrates or poppers — vardenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor and the rule is identical and absolute.
- No antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs, tricyclics, MAOIs), lithium or tramadol, nor within the washout period after stopping them.
- No alcohol on dosing days.
- One tablet in 24 hours; not with significant heart disease, a history of fainting, mania or severe depression, or serious liver problems.
- Vardenafil specifically warrants care with certain heart-rhythm medicines and in men with a history of QT prolongation — one more reason a doctor should clear this combination.
Simpler routes

What "tolerance" actually means here
People assume switching molecules is about strength. In this class it is almost always about which side effects you personally get, because all three PDE5 inhibitors produce roughly the same benefit and differ mainly in how they feel.
Sildenafil is the most associated with facial flushing and the transient blue visual tinge; vardenafil users more often report headache but less often the visual effect; tadalafil is the one that brings back or muscle ache. None of that is predictable in advance, which is why "try another molecule" is genuine medical advice rather than a sales technique — and why a page like this exists for the minority who have already found that vardenafil is their answer.
Not a starting point
If you have never taken vardenafil, start with vardenafil alone at 10 mg. If you have never taken dapoxetine, start with dapoxetine alone at 30 mg. This tablet gives you 20 mg and 60 mg simultaneously with no way to separate them.

Because this tablet combines two prescription medicines at fixed doses, have a doctor confirm that both suit you — particularly if you take anything for blood pressure, mood or your heart. That conversation is short, and it is the only way to know that the combination is right rather than merely convenient.

Check your pack against both rows. The 24-hour limit applies to the tablet as a whole — a second one taken for the dapoxetine also doubles the vardenafil.
The interaction that matters most
The dapoxetine half is an SSRI, and must not be combined with other serotonergic medicines — antidepressants, MAO inhibitors, lithium, tramadol, migraine triptans or St John's wort. Together they can cause serotonin syndrome. That restriction travels with the combination tablet and is easy to overlook when you are thinking of it as an erection medicine.
If you take an antidepressant of any kind, this is not a tablet to start without a doctor — and the ED half alone, on generic Levitra, carries no such restriction.
