Why this pairing is the easiest to time
Of the three combinations we carry, this one has the most straightforward schedule, because both halves want roughly the same lead time. Dapoxetine is taken 1 to 3 hours before sex; sildenafil peaks at about an hour. Take the tablet somewhere in that window and both molecules are doing their job at the same moment.
The tadalafil-based combinations are different in a way worth understanding before you choose: their erection half keeps working for a day and a half while the dapoxetine half is finished after the evening. Neither approach is better — but if you like the medicine and the occasion to line up tidily, sildenafil is the neater fit.

The rules are the sum of both molecules
- Never with nitrates or poppers — the sildenafil rule, absolute.

- No alcohol on dosing days. Dapoxetine carries a fainting risk that alcohol compounds; take the tablet with a full glass of water.

Start by establishing that each half suits you separately. Arriving there directly means that if something disagrees with you — nausea from the dapoxetine, a stubborn headache from the sildenafil — you cannot tell which half caused it, and you cannot reduce one without losing the other.
The unglamorous route is cheaper as well as safer: buy the two molecules separately for the first few attempts, learn what each does to you, and move to a fixed combination once you know it fits. A combination tablet is a convenience for men who already know the answer, not a shortcut to finding it.

Check what your pack actually contains against those two rows before you take it, and remember that the 24-hour limit applies to the tablet as a whole. Taking a second because "the dapoxetine half wore off" doubles the sildenafil too.
Establish the halves separately first
A combination is convenient once you know both doses suit you, and unhelpful before that. If the evening brings nausea, that is the dapoxetine; a headache and a blocked nose is the sildenafil. In a fixed tablet you cannot act on the difference — you can only stop altogether.
