Discount coupons and promo codes
After your first order with us you are entitled to a 10% discount on every future order. There is no code to remember and no card to keep: the discount is attached to your email address, and it applies automatically when you enter that address at checkout.
How to apply your discount, step by step
- Add the products you want to your cart as usual.
- Go to the checkout page.
- At the very top of the checkout there is an input field for your email address, marked for returning customers.
- Enter the same email address you used on your first order. This is the part that matters — the discount is matched to that address.
- The order total recalculates automatically with 10% off. You should see the new total before you pay.
If the total does not change after you enter your address, do not pay and hope it is applied later — email us first. The most common reason is a different address from the one used originally: a work address instead of a personal one, or a typo.
What to know about the discount
- It applies to all future orders, not just the second one.
- It is tied to your email address rather than to a code, so there is nothing to lose or expire.
- It is calculated on the order total at checkout, so you can see the effect before paying.
- Free shipping is separate: regular post is free on orders over $300.00, as set out in delivery.
If this is your first order
There is nothing to do. Order normally, and use the same email address next time to receive the discount automatically. Because it is keyed to your address, it is worth using an address you will still have access to later.
If something looks wrong
Email us before completing the order, with the address you used and the total you are seeing. We would rather sort it out before you pay than adjust it afterwards — and if the discount was genuinely missed, we will put it right.
